I would say I have been fortunate to have gone through nearly half of my life without having weight issues. I have always been very active, and enjoyed exercising. When I hit 45 my body began to fall apart; so to speak. After having a hysterectomy I began to gain weight, loose muscle tone and have basically no energy or strength. I needed something, but I knew that joining a gym was not for me.
I met Karen one day last summer when I was getting a pedicure. She gave me her card. Finally in October I gave her a call. Karen has provided me with a customized workout and meal plan that is easy to follow. She demonstrates and monitors each exercise I do. The best part is that I can't avoid her smiling face knocking at my door! I could always find some excuse to not drive to the gym.
After 5 months with Karen I am now on my own. I have lost 10 pounds and a total of 7.75 inches. I feel stronger and more energetic. Karen has shown me how to workout smarter and more effectively. She has balanced the right amount of weight training, cardio exercise, supplement use and diet; tailored to meet my needs.
